Celebrity couple Richard Gomez, the mayor of Ormoc City and Lucy Torres, a representative of the 4th District of Leyte are not technically based here in Manila. They had a previous home in Greenhills, San Juan that would take them 45 minutes to get to the airport each time they have an engagement. This is why they decided to live in their Forbes Park home. One of their major considerations was convenience.
They originally planned to invest in a condo unit in Makati. However, they were stunned by the beauty of the house in Forbes Park that they decided to buy it. For them, the two-storey house is worth than what they paid for it. The house was renovated for a year by architect Jay de Ramos and contractor Anolito Guina before they were able to move in.
The facade is kept elegant in white paint with black outlines. Trees and plants surround it to make it look like it is located somewhere far from the city.
A Norma Belleza painting and an ornate mirror bought in Cebu adds to the charm of the front door which came from their old Greenhill house.

The living and dining area are connected to the other parts of the home as the couple chose an open layout to make sure it will be filled by natural light. The dining area also includes a 10-seater table to welcome more guests.
They also have a powder room at the end of the dining area wherein you can see toiletries on a wooden table. The kitchen is spacious and it has become a place where Juliana usually hangs out with her friends.

The master's bedroom and bathroom are spacious and are sparsely-decorated with carpets and paintings around. Along the hallway, you will see a shelf of books and trophies.
Juliana's bedroom has a pure white bed and compact study area. Her books are well-organized in a book shelf with a green couch where she can rest while reading.
They also have a lanai which also serves as a dining area extension especially made for family occasions. A rectangular swimming pool is located not very far from the lanai.
