Kapuso actress Heart Evangelista is starting a new life as a wife. This means building a new home for her and husband, Senator Chiz Escudero. The meticulous feat, which takes months, involves planning, constructing, and sourcing the right furniture and fixture to style one’s home. For most homeowners, styling is the last step, but the most rewarding.
For the young actress who dabbles in painting, styling allows her to flex her artistic muscles in putting together a statement for her new dream home.
In Instagram, Heart shares snaps of the details and accents she chose for their spacious abode. The home sweet home is unmistakably done according to her classy tastes and sophisticated style.
Heart absolutely loves the color white, so it’s no question when her home has this color in abundance. The wide archway and windows brought in more natural light into the home.
Hefloor-to-ceiling shelf that housed an extensive dinnerware is a dream for homeowners in hosting parties. Each niche contains a set of plates and glassware, while a movable ladder makes it easy to reach the top shelves.
Mounted handrails in gold and branch-like design were complemented by a pink stair runner, livening an otherwise forgotten space.
Artworks are also a staple in the new Escudero home, including Heart’s paintings. These works of art, especially the larger ones, also served as focal points in their bedroom and blank walls.
Heart absolutely loves anything Hermes – from throw pillows to wall decors in her home that were inconspicuously displayed.
The young actress combined marble tubs and decors to lend a touch of classical vibe in the bathrooms. Spot the marble columns and floorings that made the look immaculate.
Aside from neutrals, Heart also threw in a bit of black to offset the whites. Outside the home, pieces from the Julia collection of designer Ito Kish were in B&W. The set of high back chairs are paired with a side table covered in the same finish of rattan and Polyethylene plastic.
It seemed that the My Korean Jagiya star did a great job in decorating her new home. Indeed, home is where the Heart is.
