Actress Julia Montes has a pretty face that hides all the negative stuff she has been through. All she wanted in life, even as she has achieved fame, was to give her family a good life. The first thing on her checklist was to be able to give her family a house. And in 2012, Julia Montes checked that off her list. By God's grace, she was able to own another property, a bigger house, last 2015.
The 22-year-old Kapamilya actress, being thrifty and frugal, surprised us by not wanting to sell her 2012 home in Cainta, Antipolo City. She once admitted that her home in Quezon City is easier on her career as an actress because of early call times and such.
But why own two and pay for two houses?
For Julia, there is something about the old 200 square meter house that is very important for Julia. She reveals that it's because it was her first ever investment. The actress came from humble beginnings and the experience she had with hard work, the tears, and lack of sleep – means she has plenty of memories purchasing her first house.

In her previous interviews, the actress really stood by her decision despite her preference for her home in Quezon City, in the same subdivision as her rumored boyfriend Coco Martin.
"Gusto kong ipa-rent, ayaw kong ibenta kasi first investment ko," she said.
The Cainta home was fully furnished when Julia and her family bought it. It also offered a warm, welcoming vibe that reminds us of Julia herself. A lot of red decorations and furniture adorn the house.

Even Julia's bedroom has a red wall because the actress was always fascinated by the color. She also read that the color had a deeper meaning, red meant that the person was strong. Julia is indeed a strong person, considering everything she has experienced while in showbiz.
The house also has a walk-in closet and a beautiful veranda that is the actress' favorite spot. It has a beautiful view of Antipolo, especially since most of the area has not been developed as compared to other cities. One would be very lucky to rent this home from Julia Montes.
What can you say about Julia Montes' Antipolo home? Would you prefer that house to her Quezon City home? Why do you think it was so important for her to be reminded of her first investment?
