In celebration of Independence Day last June 12, 2017, Mega magazine brought together the country’s generation “game changers”, the people we know as the millennials.
Many big names in the showbiz industry graced the occasion. Pia Wurtzbach, Marlon Stockinger, Nadine Lustre, James Reid, Janella Salvador, Elmo Magalona, Kisses Delavin, Maymay Entrata, Edward Barber, Anne Curtis and many more were there. The box office star was a stunner and attention grabber at the said ball with his statement gown made by the Filipino designer john Herrera. His gown’s design was inspired by the current issues of the country.
Words illustrating the Philippines up-to-date matters were magnified onto Vice’s dress. But what truly captured the attention of the people in the event was that enormous print at the back of Vice’s dress that said “#PRAYFORMARAWI”.

Ang laki ng influence ng millennials sa social media. Mas magandang dapat ipaalam ko din sa kanila kung ano ang dapat talagang pinag-uusapan, kung ano ang mga relevant na issues,”
With the current issues that the Philippine government is now facing and all the negative occurrences in the country, Vice said that he was just taking advantage of the good opportunity to use his voice.
