Jason Abalos Reveals Why He Left the Kapamilya Network and Transferred to GMA


Jason Abalos had been a Kapamilya for 12 years. Recently, he found a new home in GMA, ABS-CBN’s chief rival, after he revealed that he just signed a contract to be a Kapuso. He is known for his appearances on TV dramas such as “Langit Lupa,” “Bridges of Love,” “Two Wives,” and “Moon of Desire.”

GMA executives were in attendance during his contract signing. Notable personalities include the Kapuso network's SVP for Entertainment, Lilybirth Rasonable, and SVP Assistant Vice President of Alternative Productions, Gigi Santiago-Lara.
